I met Dominique Ansel as he was just beginning construction on his first bakery on Spring St. in NYC. As an accomplished and talented pastry chef, I wanted to make a design that was clean, modern, and distinctive.
The monogram was designed to be used as a stencil for application as a stamp, stickers, and in patterns. Since launching his first bakery, Dominique Ansel Bakery has now expanded globally and I'm happy to have been a part of this journey in creating his brand identity.
